Our table top EV unit removes eviscera from game birds and small poultry leaving the gizzard, heart, liver and lungs for harvesting separately. The Ev unit is all stainless steel construction, in order to run this unit, you will also require a compressed-air supply and a full vacuum system. Vacuum systems are sold separately and need to be designed and built specifically around your processing plants requirements.
The vacuum system requires a receiver tank. This tank receives the waste products from the EV unit (can also be used with equipment such as lung guns and the Bayle PEM12 EV desk and waste bins), a vacuum reservoir tank can also be added to this system to increase the vacuum capacity if needed.
