We designed and manufactured this spring-loaded gantry specifically for use with the Bayle MP7. This also includes a whole new stainless steel frame for the MP7 to ensure it is correctly balanced to take the weight of the gantry and birds. Using a gantry takes some of the weight of the bird and is particularly useful when plucking large turkeys and geese.
