Bayle have worked hard to design and develope a new wax reclaim system. This system allows you to reclaim more wax than ever and thanks to this sustainable wax recycling process, you can now have clean wax which is available to be reused immediately.
How the Bayle Wax reclaim system works:
Wax melting tank:
The wax and recycled wax first come into the melting tank which will heat them to a liquid state.
Available in several configurations, we can advise you on the dimensions and temperature setting for this stage.
The melting tanks are equipped with a wax brewing system to obtain a uniform temparature and wax consistency.
Centrifugal filter machine:
The liquid wax then comes into the centrifugal machine which, thanks to its filter basket system, will separate the wax from the feathers. The feathers are automatically evacuated by the filtration system.
The end result is clean wax that can be reused immediately.
