Vacuum EV Station

Our Vacuum EV Station has been designed for small manual processors who want to automate their EV process without going on line.

This station enables one operator to cut the vent of the bird with our pneaumatic vent cutter, which is hung from the front of the table, and then vacuum the intestine out using the eviscerator mounted onto the top of the table.

Another important feature of this machine is that the intestine is then able to be droped into the trough next to the operator, to allow visual inspection if required. A water jet follows to clean the trap, and there is also a hose gun mounted onto the side of the trough to enable washdown.

This machine requires vacuum, a compressed air supply and a water connection to operate.

This machine is made to order.
