All our deliveries are despatched using either APC, DPD or Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ depending on size of parcel and destination. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days (stock permitting) from receipt of an order. You will be notified of any delays with your order if despatch will be longer than 2 working days.

Upon receiving your delivery please check you have all the items you were expecting and that all products are in good condition. We will need to be informed in writing of any missing items from your delivery within 2 working days of you receiving your parcel and 5 working days for any item you have received that you are unhappy with the condition.
